Must be available to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required.
Experience of 3+ years is preferred.
BLS/CPR certification is required.
Epic experience is a plus.
This position has 1 opening.
There is no on-call requirement.
