Weyerhaeuser seeks an HIW to support safe, efficient wood products manufacturing in our mill operations. In this role, you’ll monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics to keep lines running smoothly. You’ll champion safety and sustainability, support continuous improvement projects, and use data to drive decisions on quality and throughput.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help standardize processes, train operators, and ensure we meet customer needs while upholding Weyerhaeuser’s values of integrity, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
