SummaryJob Description:Job SummaryResponsible to section, stain and mount tissue specimens in preparation for microscopic examination by the Pathologist. Assists the Pathologist in making various examinations on submitted tissue specimens and subsequent preparations. Performance of duties is in accordance with CLIA ’88 guidelines.
Performs quality control, quality assurance, maintenance and troubleshooting.
