About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing an exceptional dining experience from start to finish

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff

Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner

Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients

Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth table turnover (Bussers)

Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering items, and supporting the front-of-house team

Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be 18+ (if serving alcohol, per California law)

Bilingual
