Responsibilities include
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students based on referral needs
- Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to interpret evaluation results and create effective support plans
- Providing crisis consultation and intervention services as needed
- Contributing to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Maintaining timely, accurate documentation and clear case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- K-12 Caseload in a supportive district
Key qualifications and experience
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist for the upcoming school year
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting a wide range of psychoeducational evaluations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with best practices in evaluation, behavioral interventions, and consultation in academic settings
- Active MD School Psychologist License
