Hiring : Remote CSR/Call Center Rep

New Jersey Residents Only Full-Time Remote

We are currently filling the final 10 openings for Remote Customer Service Representatives supporting a statewide healthcare marketplace. If you have customer service or call center experience and are interested, please reach out as soon as possible.

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour English
$19.00/hour Bilingual English/Spanish

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls from consumers and assist with healthcare coverage questions
Assist individuals and families with healthcare coverage applications
Explain eligibility determinations and enrollment options
Process customer updates and requests
Document customer interactions accurately
Resolve questions and escalate complex issues when needed
Provide professional, empathetic customer service

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply

Paid Training Provided

Training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST for three to four weeks. Attendance is mandatory, and cameras must remain on during training and nesting.

Remote Work Requirements:

Must reside in New Jersey
Private, quiet workspace
Personal computer meeting BYOD requirements
Second monitor
Reliable wired high-speed internet
Smartphone capable of supporting Microsoft Authenticator

Important: Open Enrollment schedules may include evenings and weekends. Schedules are assigned based on business operating hours.
