Location: Redmond, WA
Schedule: Full-Time
Dayshift Hours: Monday - Thursday | 5:00am - 4PM + OT on Friday
Nightshift Hours: Monday - Thursday | 4pm - 2:30am + OT on Friday
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 4am - 4:30pm
Overtime Available Position Overview
We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You will operate fabrication equipment, work from blueprints, and help support daily production goals while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
* Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
* Utilize hand tools, mechanical tools, and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing processes.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
* Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments as needed.
* Support material handling, staging, and manufacturing operations.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety and production procedures.
Required Qualifications
* Previous machine operating, manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
* Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
* Experience working with fabrication or production equipment.
* Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
