Allegiance Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators with a valid CDL-A license for a leading food warehouse in New Holland, PA. This role combines forklift operation with CDL duties, offering variety, stability, and growth in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate high-reach stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Pick and stage products in a refrigerated warehouse
- Load/unload trailers, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory
- Transfer products between departments/buildings
- Maintain equipment sanitation and safe work areas
- Safely move trailers and equipment as a yard jockey (upon hire)
What We're Looking For:
- Valid CDL Class A license (required)
- 1+ year warehouse or forklift experience
- Stand-up forklift experience required (certification or willingness to obtain)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet
- Comfortable in refrigerated warehouse temperatures
- English communication skills (read, write, speak)
