Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Engineering Lead with a strong background in Cloud/DevOps and Full Stack Development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on or strong technical understanding of Azure, Golang, Java, and/or React , along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology solutions for global customers.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, technical leadership, stakeholder management, team coordination, and ensuring successful project execution across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects from planning through implementation and production.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams , including developers, DevOps, QA, and other technical resources.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, backend, frontend, and full-stack development .
• Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and global teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, CI/CD, automation, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to define technical solutions and implementation approaches.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to senior management and customers.
• Coordinate with teams across different geographies and time zones.
• Identify delivery challenges and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective sprint planning, execution, and tracking.
• Support production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in development, deployment, and operational processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Cloud technologies , preferably Microsoft Azure .
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, containers, and cloud infrastructure .
• Strong experience in one or more of:
  • Golang
  • Java
  • React
• Strong understanding of Full Stack application development and modern software architecture.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed applications.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, and cloud-native development is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with architects and technical teams on solution design and implementation.

• Proven experience in technical leadership, delivery management, or engineering management .
• Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience working with global/cross-functional teams .
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance technical decisions with business and delivery priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience handling customer escalations and senior-level stakeholders.
