Job Location: Uniontown, PA 15401.

Contract: 5 weeks
Shift: 8 Hours. Evenings (3:00 PM 11:30 PM) (Every other weekend Required) Pay Range: $40-42/HR. on W2.
Start: ASAP

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Requirements:
- Must be LPN licensed in State / or Compact License (Multi-States License)
- BLS/CPR Required
- Covid Card Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
