This team works together to meet and exceed common goals. In this remote position, you will assign ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 codes for statistical and reimbursement requirements to inpatient and/or outpatient accounts. We use the most current and up-to-date technology and software, meaning you will have the constant opportunity to grow and learn in your role!QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredCompletion of courses in Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology requiredExperience:5 years of recent inpatient coding experience in an acute care setting requiredProficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 coding, DRG and APRDRG assignment requiredLicenses and Certifications:CCS – Certified Coding Specialist requiredDisclaimersPay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
