HIL Test EngineerWe are looking for a skilled HIL Test Engineer to join our team in Mossville, IL. The ideal candidate has experience in test automation, machine testing, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems. Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and hands-on experience with dSPACE systems are essential for success in this role.
You will develop automated test scripts, conduct system-level testing, analyze data, and improve testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:HIL System Setup & Maintenance: Configure and maintain dSPACE HIL systems for control simulations and validation.Automated Test Development: Create automated test scripts using Python and MATLAB to enhance testing efficiency.System Testing & Validation: Conduct machine-level and system-level testing to ensure product performance and reliability.Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate on issue resolution.Process Optimization: Improve test procedures, coverage, and efficiency through innovative methods.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience:2-3 years of experience in test automation and system-level testing.Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for developing test scripts.Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL systems.Skills:Strong understanding of control systems and HIL methodologies.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred:Experience in automotive or heavy machinery industries.Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.Experience with additional HIL tools and software.Apply now and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation!
