Highline Warranty Administrator

Warranty Claims Management PositionOversee all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims. Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation. Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims. Working closely with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage and ensure timely claim submission. Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims. Collaborate with the warranty team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required.

Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred. Demonstrated technical knowledge of OEM policies and procedures, and proficiency in using warranty management software and systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High school diploma or equivalent.Competitive salary and benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.
