Our client provides advanced extrusion, engineering, casting, fabrication, assembly, quality, and testing services across seven industries globally.Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / HourlyThe High-Volume Recruiter will lead the day-to-day execution of front-line hiring at our client's Leetonia, OH, manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage active job postings, drive sourcing efforts, conduct phone screens, coordinate onsite interviews, and support recruitment marketing — all while keeping ATS records accurate and the candidate experience strong.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping the hiring engine running smoothly.As a High-Volume Recruiter, you will:Manage active job postings across job boards, the client's career site, and internal channels to maintain visibility on open rolesSource qualified candidates through proactive outreach and creative channels to supportConduct phone screens to assess fit, availability, shift preferences, and overall interestCoordinate onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing schedules, communications, and day-of logisticsExecute recruitment marketing initiatives to attract talent in the Leetonia and surrounding Northeast Ohio marketEnsure ATS updates are completed accurately and in real time within iCIMS, maintaining data integrity throughout the recruiting funnelSupport new hire data entry and onboarding workflows within ADP in partnership with the HR teamPartner with HR and hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, and pipeline activityMaintain a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onsite interview and handoff to the hiring teamAs a High Volume Recruiter, you have:Recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing, industrial, or production environmentThe ability to manage job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interview logisticsProficiency with iCIMS or a comparable applicant tracking system, with a strong commitment to data accuracyFamiliarity with ADP for new hire data entry or onboarding workflowsStrong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonalThe ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred:Recruitment marketing or employer branding experienceExperience recruiting for skilled manufacturing, production, or operator rolesBackground in high-volume recruitingWork DetailsWork Location: Onsite in Leetonia, OHPlacement Type: ContractEstimated Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMExpected Assignment Length: 3 monthsAnticipated Start Date: June 15, 2026Employment RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipSuccessful completion of background checks, assessments, or screenings as required by our clientAbout WilloryAs an HR or payroll professional, working with Willory to find your next career opportunity means you have a partner working on your behalf.
