About the Role:
We are looking for a high-volume Recruiter to support our Customer Advocacy & Solutions, Insurance, Safety, and Commerce divisions across the U.S. and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high-volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
Partners with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)
Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process
Understands candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals
Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
Direct experience managing and owning high-volume and executive hiring. xhqgsiq
Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to build job descriptions and establish effective hiring processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field
Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders
Working knowledge in using Oracle or other related Applicant Tracking System
Data driven decision maker
3+ years of experience in recruiting
