To support high-volume hiring needs, the full-time remote High Volume Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions, ensuring timely and efficient candidate placements Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization Required qualifications Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing strategies Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
