Responsibilities

• Take 12–15 booked sales calls per week (will likely increase in the future as we scale our own ad spend and call generation) with generator business owners
• Follow a proven 1-call sales process (or 2 call if needed)
• Close deals at a minimum 30%+ close rate
• Accurately represent only the services we offer (no overpromising)
• Update CRM notes and communicate clearly with onboarding/success team (Slack, Calendly, HubSpot, etc)
• Identify upsell opportunities for Google Ads

• Have sold high-ticket B2B services ($1K–$5K/month) and closed consistently
• Can build trust fast with skeptical blue-collar business owners

• Can collaborate with a remote team and follow process

• Have strong follow-up habits and can manage a high call volume
