QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- Valid Texas Teacher Speech Certificate, or eligible for employment through an Alternative Certification Program (ACP).
- Eligible ACP candidates must also meet ACP requirements and pass TExES examination(s) required for this position.
- Demonstrated competency in the academic subject area assigned
- Knowledge of academic subject assigned
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
