High Net Worth Underwriter

To build and grow a new High-Net-Worth Personal Lines book of business, the full-time Binding Authority Underwriter will evaluate and underwrite complex personal lines risks, develop relationships with retail agents, and manage the underwriting process remotely. Key Responsibilities Underwrite new business and renewals, analyzing exposures and preparing competitive quotations Develop and expand relationships with retail insurance agents and brokers to generate new business opportunities Build a profitable High-Net-Worth Personal Lines portfolio while monitoring performance and driving premium growth Required Qualifications 3+ years of insurance experience in Personal Lines Underwriting, Binding Authority Underwriting, or related fields Experience in developing relationships with insurance agents and negotiating coverage solutions Working knowledge of Personal Lines products and coverages Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships Strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
