High Density Housing Coordinator

The High Density Housing (HDH) Project Coordinator is a member of the Weyerhaeuser Sales Team and is closely aligned with the Technical Services organization and Operations team. The Project coordinator acts as the single point of contact for the customer and jobsite during the project construction phase. The HDH Project Coordinator's primary role is ensuring product is delivered to the jobsite on time and in full followed by providing additional support in other aspects of the High Density Housing Team. Key functions include defining delivery schedules with jobsite and coordinating deliveries with local Operations team, assessing procurement requirements for Weyerhaeuser and third party products and communicating with inventory specialist as appropriate, entering sales orders into the Weyerhaeuser sales system, tracking sales orders against project value, providing jobsite support for delivery issues, technical and product questions, maintaining project specific documentation in SharePoint, Axis and The Vault and meeting standardized document control processes in place, archiving project information following documented process, managing any revisions or field changes that arise during the shipping process, reviewing electronic plans rooms for projects, preparing accurate and detailed project take-offs, creating a customized quote outlining the specific products being supplied, reviewing specific issues relating to each individual project quotation, assisting account representatives in sales presentations, coordinating drawing requirements with drafting team.

This position is designated by WY as a safety-sensitive position. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting an hourly range of $28.28 - $42.43 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash incentive targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
