Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking an HEZ Director to oversee the South Providence Health Equity Zone. You will lead the HEZ staff, drive initiative activities, engage community partners, and coordinate with RIDOH to implement the Work and Evaluation Plans and grant-funded projects.
Requires a Master’s degree in a human service or public health field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a CHW certification within a year.
