JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active Ohio license (IMLC not accepted)
  • Board: Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care.
  • Manage chemotherapy and infusion treatments, including patient monitoring.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and support team to coordinate patient care.
  • Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with dietician, social work, and pharmacy.
