• Facility: United General Cancer Center, Sedro Woolley, WA
• Open Dates: ASAP Ongoing
  • 6+ months until perm is in place.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
  • Mon-Wed preferred but can be flexible on days of the week. 8a-4:30 or 5pm clinic
  • Possible weeknight call 1 night per week rotation
• Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified in Oncology
    • IMLC accepted
  • COVID vaccine required
