Work Environment: Hospital + Outpatient Clinic
- 0.25 FTE coverage
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Approximately patients per day
- Outpatient hematology/medical oncology practice
- Hospital and clinic privileges required; both are located in the same building
- Remote inbox coverage included
- Infusion and medical oncology/hematology services
- Bone marrow biopsy procedures
- Work independently with no call requirement
- Epic EMR
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Alaska license required at time of presentation
- BLS or ACLS required
- PALS preferred
- Active DEA required
- Recent hematology/medical oncology clinical experience with case logs from the past 24 months
- Clean file preferred for expedited credentialing
