A hospital in the Providence, RI area needs a Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for long-term coverage, 26-week assignment, with an early start available via temporary privileges (client can start as early as late September, official start 11/23/2026). Pay is $450/hr base, $630/hr for OT and holiday hours (1.4x), $3,200 per 24-hour call, $350/hr night call, and $630/hr callback. Schedule is full-time Monday-Friday clinic, 8am-4pm, with night call 5pm-8am and 1-2 24-hour weekend calls per month, plus 3 hours of built-in gratis time.
Travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental are all covered. The client will wait for the right Board Certified candidate to obtain an RI license, DEA, and CSR if not already held, this is a genuine long-term opportunity, not a rush fill.
