Mount Sinai Services at NYC Health+Hospitals/Queens is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join the Queens Cancer Center. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in both medical oncology and hematology, including evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care.
- Participate actively in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards and cancer committee activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement and program development initiatives within the Cancer Center.
- Engage in teaching residents and medical students through Mount Sinai-affiliated training programs.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence, professional development, and patient advocacy.
Compensation
- Compensation range from $342,000 to $347,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
- The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
- Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
- Eligible for or currently holding an active New York State Medical License.
- Experience in an academic or community-based oncology program preferred.
- Dedication to serving a diverse patient population with compassion and equity.
