Our client is a growing, multi-site private practice serving the New York community. As part of the practice, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to high-quality Hem/Onc services while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in the community.
About The Role
- Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
- Established practice currently experiencing growth (2–3 week waitlist for new patients)
- Work alongside a full-time physician during onboarding
- Travel between two sites
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10 am–6 pm
- Wednesday: 12 pm–7 pm
- Friday: 10 am–3 pm
- Flexible schedule options available (3‑ or 4‑day work week possible)
You’ll start by seeing 15–20 patients per day, with a higher proportion of hematology cases and room to expand oncology services. The emphasis is on quality over volume and building strong patient relationships.

Who They’re Looking For
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- Strong communicator with a community-oriented mindset
- Interested in building long-term roots within the practice
