Responsibilities

1. Administering intrathecal chemotherapy

4. Prescribing treatments

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology-Oncology
• Active Connecticut License
• Experience with Intrathecal Chemotherapy
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
