- Work Dates Needed: Projected start 11/4/06 or ASAC for 6 months
- Preferred Schedule: Clinic coverage: 2 - 3 days per week. 8 AM - 4:30 PM. No Call.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic. Approx. 20 patient per day
- Scope of Work: New patient consultations, Follow-up oncology visits, Chemotherapy management and treatment planning, Adherence to NCCN guidelines, Management of treatment-related complications and medication side effects
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license and IN Federal DEA, IMLC not accepted, BC Hematology/Oncology, Payor enrollment required. Available 2-3 clinic days/week EPIC experience preferred, Available Jan-May 2027, Experience with NCCN guidelines and chemotherapy protocols
