- Location: Assignment shared with another location in Antigo ; preference for a provider who can cover both locations
- Schedule: On-site 2 days per week , days TBD, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM , including lunch
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Responsibilities: New consults, follow-ups, and treatment oversight
- No inpatient work or call
- No procedures or APC supervision required
- All inpatient cases are referred to Wausau (tertiary care)
- Minimum Board Certification: Certified
- License Requirement to Bid: Licensed in WI or IMLC
- BLS/ACLS certifications: Required
