Setting + Support

• Accreditation: Stroke certified, non-trauma facility
• Daily patient volume: 12-15 patients per day
• EMR used: Aria
• Support staff on-site: 3 established permanent HemOnc providers already at the practice, plus 6 RNs, 1 PA/NP, and 6 office staff. This is joining an existing team, not solo coverage.

Credentialing Timeframe

• Estimated 60 days, but temp privileges are available for the right candidate
• Fast-track possible given the September start date

We are seeking aBoard Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for an 8-week assignment in Virginia. Preference will be given to candidates looking for a long-term commitment and those within driving distance.

• Licensure: Active Virginia (VA) State Medical License required.
• Certifications: Board Eligible (BE) in Hematology/Oncology; active ABLS, ACLS, and BLS.
• EHR System: Aria.
• Overtime Threshold: Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
• Housing Accommodations: Dedicated apartment available for traveling providers.

• Practice Setup: Join an established oncology center alongside 3 permanent Hematologist/Oncologists.
• Patient Volume: patients per day in clinic.
• Call Structure: Light beeper call for established patients only (Average of 2 5 calls per week , phone consultation only with no facility call-backs).
