Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with benign and malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies
- Administer and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care
- Interpret laboratory studies, pathology reports, and diagnostic imaging
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, primary care providers, and other specialists to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical program development
- Actively teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the electronic medical record

Requirements
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Eligible for or able to obtain a West Virginia medical license
