• License: MI License (not accepting IMLC at this time)
• Reason for Coverage: Recruitment gap
• Days Required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-Call Requirements: Clinic call only
• Average Patients per Day: 15-20 outpatient clinic patients
• EMR System: Cerner
• 100% Adult Outpatient
• Practice Setting & Support: Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic. Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance
• Support Staff Includes:
  • Oncology RNs
  • Medical Assistants
  • Social Worker
  • Dietitian
  • Nurse Navigator
• On-site Services:
  • Infusion center
  • On-site CBCs
  • Recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing
