- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care
- Evaluate and manage Hem/Onc patients
- Provide ongoing treatment and follow-up
- Collaborate with the established clinical support team
- Meet applicable procedure and case-log requirements for privileges
- MD or DO
- Board Certification required
- Active Florida medical license required
- Clean background required
- Clean NPDB required
- Must meet required procedure/case-log requirements
- Approximately 30 days
- Current CV required at submission
- Client-specific attestation form required at submission
