What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient and affiliated clinic hematology/oncology care across southern Colorado
- Participate in outreach clinics ( 6 days/month) in Lamar and Trinidad, supporting rural healthcare access
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, and social workers
- Utilize EPIC EMR system to manage patient care efficiently
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
- Share limited call responsibilities within the team
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered cancer care aligned with the organization s mission
What You Need
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Active medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one
- Passion for rural medicine and outreach services
- Willingness to travel approximately 6 days/month to rural clinics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to equitable healthcare delivery in underserved communities
