An established comprehensive cancer center in Bakersfield, California, is seeking a permanent, full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician. This opportunity arises due to a planned provider retirement, offering a chance to join a multidisciplinary team. Practice Info
- Established comprehensive cancer center
- Multidisciplinary cancer team including 4 Medical Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 1 Breast Surgical Oncologist, 1 Infectious Disease Physician, 1 Palliative Care Physician, 1 Dermatologist, and 1 Naturopathic provider
- Participate in bi-weekly breast tumor boards and monthly general tumor boards
- Access to clinical trials through a global research team and a partnership with UCLA
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Flexible schedule options:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- Shared call rotation (1:4)
