- Shift: 24-hour call shifts (day shift clinic hours while on call, 8a-8a; onsite 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri)

- License/Certifications: VA License, BC in Hematology/Oncology, BLS, DEA
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Hem/Onc experience
- Patient Population: Adults 18+
- EMR: Epic
- Hourly Pay Rate: $5,070.00

- Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient care for hematology and oncology patients at multiple facilities.
- Maintain clinic responsibilities, including Friday clinic coverage at JMH.
- Support tele-consultations for additional facilities during call weeks.
- Collaborate with dedicated nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support patient management for adult patients with complex hematology and oncology needs.
- Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR system.
- VA Medical License in hand (required before start date)
- BC in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- Minimum 1 year of hematology/oncology experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Clean background, no MP history (settled or unsettled)
