Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.**Required Qualifications*** Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.* Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.**Licenses/Certifications*** Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)* Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.* BLS - Multisource required within 180 Days* Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire**Physical Demands*** Medium Work\*:* Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (\*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently**Pay Range**### Pay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per year### The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
