Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as a clinical faculty member in Hematology & Oncology, specializing in areas such as Breast Oncology, Lymphoma, Thoracic Oncology, Sarcoma Oncology, Classical Hematology, or Blood & Marrow Transplant/Cell Therapy. Responsibilities include providing patient care, participating in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and contributing to clinical research and translational studies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include APPs, pharmacists, nurses, and genetic counselors. Engage in the education of students, residents, and fellows, and utilize advanced therapies and clinical trial resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should possess relevant board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology, with strong clinical expertise in the subspecialty. Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentorship skills are essential. Experience in research and a commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care are highly valued.
