Hematology Business Manager

To maximize sales achievement for the commercial product BESREMi, the full-time remote Hematology Business Manager will promote PharmaEssentia products to targeted customers and distribution channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address patient care needs. Key Responsibilities: Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology Develop and execute territory business plans and specific account action plans to achieve sales goals Utilize data and CRM tools to assess customer status and track progress against sales plans Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology Proven track record of hematology oncology sales experience in academic and community-based institutions Experience in new product launches and existing relationships with key customers Ability to navigate the sales cycle, including patient identification and overcoming access barriers
