Hematology and Oncology Physician

Job Summary

Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group invites you to join an established, collegial hematology‑oncology practice at the heart of California’s Central Valley. With two physicians and an NP already in place, you will step into a well‑functioning team, not build from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to practice full‑spectrum oncology—including infusion, imaging, and cardiac services—in a setting that balances clinical depth with quality of life.

Position Highlights

• Full‑time, employed opportunity with Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
• Call ratio of 1:3 with NP covering first call
• Daily clinic census of approximately 33 patients per day
• Inpatient rounding as needed—you manage your own patients
• Comprehensive cancer center with a radiation oncology academic partnership
• On‑site infusion suite staffed by a PGY2‑trained pharmacist
• Full supportive oncology services, women’s imaging, mobile PET/CT, and select oncology‑related cardiac ultrasound on site

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Hematology‑Oncology
• California medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
