Responsibilities

• At least 32 patient contact hours
• Laboratory services
• Radiation Oncology department
• Robust Oncology supportive services
• 24‑bay OP Oncology infusion department with on‑site pharmacist

Requirements

• Active SC license or willingness to obtain one
• BC/BE (if BE, within 5 years of eligibility)
• DEA/CSR (must be obtained prior to start)
• NPDB Self‑query report (within 30 days active)
• Recruitment Incentive Loan
