Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is seeking a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join its established Cancer Center & Research Program in Weston, Wisconsin. Clinicians will participate in a full-range oncology practice with outpatient infusion and inpatient capabilities, alongside robust research opportunities and clinical trials. The role offers a supportive multidisciplinary environment with APPs, onsite radiation oncology, and dedicated pathology and radiology support.

Compensation
- 2-year salary floor of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE
- Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
