Providers will work alongside a dedicated care team while managing an average of 10 patients per day.

- Staffing Mix: 6 RNs, 1 PA/NP, 2 MAs, 6 Office Staff

Shift & Schedule
- LOA: 90 Days
- Flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week
- Shifts typically running from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
