Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity | Waterbury, Connecticut

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our collaborative cancer care team in Waterbury, Connecticut. This short-term assignment runs from September 2026 through December 2026 , with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role within the regional market.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a respected, mission-driven health system while caring for patients in a well-established hematology/oncology program. The role offers a Monday-Friday outpatient clinic schedule, shared call, and connection to a multidisciplinary cancer care network serving the Waterbury community.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Short-term assignment: September 2026 through December 2026
• Potential permanent opportunity: Ability to transition into a full-time role within Trinity Health Of New England
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM outpatient clinic
• Call: 1:3 rotation, including evening call and weekend call from Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
• Practice setting: Collaborative hematology/oncology program with multidisciplinary support

Candidate Requirements:

• Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
• Connecticut licensure
