The provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient care, managing 14-16 adult patients per day Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Manage 14-16 patients per day
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Maintain documentation through the Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities
Shift & Schedule
- Dates needed: July 27 ongoing for 1 yr
- Day Shift; Call
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Call coverage follows a rotating 1:3 schedule
