Practice Info

• This position will primarily operate out of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center once operational in 2026
• Comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center featuring 32 infusion chairs overlooking a tranquil green park and healing garden, 18 exam rooms, an on-site lab, two LINACs, a dedicated area to deliver theragnostic molecules, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and a PET Scanner
• Clinical research opportunities available
• Physician-led multispecialty group with over 215 providers across the region
• Collaborative team includes 50+ primary care physicians, various specialists, a dedicated hospital medicine team with a closed ICU (oncology as a consult only service), and robust APC support
• CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center is a not-for-profit, full-service acute care facility with 425 beds, serving as a regional referral center and leading Level III Trauma Center

Compensation

• Two-Year Guarantee starting at $750,000 plus production
• Sign on Bonus $100,000
• No state income tax

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (preferred)
• Must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas
