CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a founding Hematologist Oncologist to join their brand-new Comprehensive Cancer Center in Longview, TX. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of cancer care in East Texas by contributing to a state-of-the-art facility opening in Fall 2026. - Join the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Hematology/Oncology Team, a multidisciplinary cancer care provider.
- Work in a brand-new Comprehensive Cancer Center opening in Fall 2026, featuring 32 infusion chairs, 18 exam rooms, an on-site lab, two LINACs, a dedicated area for theragnostic molecules, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and a PET Scanner.
- Primarily operate out of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Hospital and the Cancer Treatment Center (once operational in 2026).
- Part of a physician-led multispecialty group with over 215 providers, including 50+ primary care physicians and various specialists.
- Supported by a dedicated hospital medicine team with a closed ICU and robust APC support.
- Oncology is a consult-only service within the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional multidisciplinary cancer care.
- Support and improve the health of the growing community in Northeast Texas.
- Engage in clinical research opportunities available.
Compensation
- Two-Year Guarantee starting at $750,000 plus production.
- Sign on Bonus starting at $100,000.
- No state income tax.

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (preferred, not required).
- Possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas.
