The Iowa Clinic, P.C. is seeking a BC-BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join its established service line. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest, with access to an onsite state-of-the-art infusion center. The position includes a shareholder track and a robust referral base from over 290 internal multi-specialty providers and an external base of 1.3 million.

- Collaborate with Primary Care, General Surgery, Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, GI, etc.
- Large internal referral base of over 290 multi-specialty providers in addition to an external referral base that includes 1.3 million
- Shareholder track
- Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support
Compensation
- $700,000 guarantee
- $500,000 signing incentive (requires a 2026 start date)
