Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join their growing cancer program in Findlay, NW Ohio. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped wRVU. The role involves a balanced 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology practice within a newly expanded cancer center, supported by a comprehensive team and access to the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

- Join 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs
- 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology practice
- Established referral base with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
- Newly expanded Armes Family Cancer Care Center with dedicated medical and radiation oncology, additional infusion suites and exam rooms, a new linear accelerator, and CT simulator
- Board-certified oncology pharmacist onsite
- Access to Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient call coverage on a 1:4 rotation
Compensation
- $550,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped wRVU
- $55,000 signing bonus
- $100,000 student support
- Additional call compensation for inpatient call
